So, let’s move to the video to learn “how to make DIY Cinnamon and Honey Face Mask?”
For this mask, we need only two ingredients that are easily available to your kitchen cabinet or nearby store. Both ingredients are natural and effective to remove clogged pores.
Take a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of pure honey and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Mix both the ingredients really well to get a smoother blend. Then microwave it for 20-30 seconds. It will look like melted chocolate.

Now let’s get into the fun part!
DIY-Cinnamon-&-Honey-Face-Mask

Wash your face to clean out all the dirt and impurities. Tap dry your face with a towel. Apply the chocolaty DIY face mask all over your face with the help of a brush. You can also paste it with your fingertips. Do not rub it on your face just paste it gently to cover the entire area. Let it sit on your face for 15-20 minutes then rinse it off with fresh water.

At last put on a gentle layer of your favorite moisturizer or skin toner and you are done!
Make sure you don’t wash it off with warm water. It may open the pores and can cause itchiness or tingling sensation due to reaction with cinnamon. If you feel any sort of skin irritation or redness then nothing is to worry at all, just wash your face 2 to 3 times with cold water then dab with ice cubes.
If you are allergic to cinnamon do not use anything contains cinnamon properties. To make a test apply a patch of this DIY cinnamon and honey mask on your wrist. If you feel any irritation do not use this pack on your face.

Many modern skin care products contain ingredients that are toxic and harmful, but it is usually in such small quantities, that people don’t take a lot of notice. The problem is, though, with continual use of manufactured skin care products, those toxins can accumulate in the body and do some real harm. Here are ten of those perfectly natural ingredients that are safe to use on your skin.

1. Apple cider vinegar For skin

The use of apple cider vinegar in skin care goes all the way back to around 400BC, when Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used apple cider vinegar and honey to treat infections. Apple cider vinegar has antibacterial properties and it can be used to cleanse and tone the skin. It also contains vitamins and minerals that make it a good detoxifying agent when taken internally.

2. Sea salt

Sea salt is another one of great natural skin care ingredients, it is loaded with minerals, such as sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium, which are the same minerals that are found in the skin. That means that sea salt can be used to rejuvenate and protect the skin. You can use sea salt in face masks, toners and scrubs. Sea salt also contains anti-inflammatory ingredients as well, so it will reduce redness and soothe breakouts.

3. Avocado

Avocado is one of the best fruits to use as a natural skin care ingredient. It contains loads of natural hydrating oils and it is high in vitamins A, D and E. You can use avocados in face masks and it makes a very good sunburn treatment too. One of the reasons that avocado is so good for the skin is that all those beneficial vitamins and oils are very quickly and easily absorbed into the skin.

4. Honey

You can use raw honey as a moisturizer or as a facial cleanser and it makes a great ingredient for face masks too. Honey is a natural humectant, so it locks moisture into the skin, and it also has antibacterial and anti fungal properties. The best type of honey to use for skin care is raw honey, because that will not have been heat-treated, so it will contain more of the nutrients and active ingredients.

5. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is another one of the amazing natural skin care ingredients that has a huge range of uses and benefits. You can use coconut oil to moisturise, cleanse, protect against razor burns, reduce inflammation, and fight infection. Aloe vera is much more than just a sunburn treatment; it has many different uses in skin care. Aloe vera gel has a wonderful cooling effect on the skin and it can be used to reduce inflammation, treat skin conditions, moisturise, and fight fungal infections. The other thing that not many people know about aloe vera is that it also helps the body detox, even when it is used topically.

7. Almond oil

Almond oil smells wonderful and it also has many uses in skin care. You can add it to homemade lotions, face masks, or facial washes and it’s a really good carrier oil to use with essential oils. Almond oil has antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and it also works as an antiseptic. It’s great for treating dry skin, acne and skin rashes.

8. Shea butter

Shea butter is extremely good for treating dry and flaky skin. You will find shea butter used in many store-bought skin care products, but why pay the extra price? Just add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to natural shea butter and you will have a sweet smelling and highly effective moisturizing lotion for a fraction of the price, and you will know exactly what is in it.

9. Lemon essential oil

Lemon essential oil has many uses in addition to skin care. This versatile oil can be used to treat cellulite, freshen up laundry, or it can be used as a household cleaner. When it is used on the skin, it will fight bacteria and infection, reduce acne, brighten up the skin and it will fade scars, age spots and blemishes.

10. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil has been used for centuries in Australia as a natural skin care ingredient. It is especially good for treating acne and it doesn’t have the same harsh drying effect that commercial acne treatments do. Use tea tree oil mixed with a carrier oil and it will reduce inflammation and fight the bacteria that cause acne.

Garlic and Honey Health Benefit :

Garlic and honey may seem like odd ingredients to put together, but combining them results in an impressive immune-boosting substance that will keep your body healthy and strong.

The Benefits of Garlic :

Not only is garlic the perfect choice for adding flavor to a savory recipe, it provides a long list of health benefits thanks to its powerful antioxidant properties. Garlic contains a compound known as allicin, which has been shown to help lower cholesterol levels, prevent blood clotting, and has been shown to have anti-cancer properties and anti-microbial affects.

Garlic is low in calories, but high in nutrients, containing Manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, selenium and fiber. It’s a natural immune system booster that helps the body fight infection. One study found that a daily dose of garlic reduced the number of colds by 63%, while reducing the average length of cold symptoms by 70%.

Raw honey is packed full of antioxidants, along with enzymes and minerals including iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium. In case that isn’t enough, it also contains Vitamin B6, thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin. (Commercial honey is often heavily processed, and excessive heat destroys its natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals.) But raw honey is rich in taste and has a high number of nutritional benefits. It has a healthy glycemic index that aids in better digestion.

The natural vitamins and minerals in raw honey help lower cholesterol levels. Raw honey helps to fuel the body and the mind while making it easier to maintain a healthy weight. Its antibacterial and antioxidant properties make it a great remedy for the immune system!

Here’s how to make garlic-infused honey for use as a natural home remedy to boost your immune system and keep your body healthy:
Ingredients

3-4 heads of garlic
1 cup of raw honey
a small jar with a lid
Directions

Separate the heads of garlic into individual cloves.
Don’t peel the cloves, but remove the outer layer.
Fill the jar with the unpeeled garlic cloves.
Slowly pour the honey over the cloves.
Use a spoon to release any trapped air bubbles.
Make sure the cloves are completely covered by honey, and put the lid on the jar.
Allow the mixture to infuse for a few days, either in the fridge or at room temperature.
Taste and enjoy!
