How To REALLY Grow LONG HAIR FAST & NATURALLY

Seeing as my hair is very long and manages to grow SUPER fast, today I thought I would share some little tips and tricks that I have picked up along the way to get my hair to the length it is! From 13-17 years old I struggled to experience any REAL growth in my hair due damage (both heat and bleach). I damaged my hair to the point where it snapped off in some areas, causing me to have to get layers cut throughout the top of it to even it out. My shortest layers were at about eye level and if I had to guess it took me just over 3 years to grow my hair to completely to all the same length! So whether you're trying to grow out layers, dye or just generally want to grow your hair, I hope this video is helpful to you! And by the way, I hope you're having a great day Thanks

If you want to grow long hairs really fast, just follow these simple steps:

This 5 steps are very simple to follow and it will grow your hairs really fast. Also it will make your hair strong and will eventually control the hair fall as well. Every girl wish to have long, beautiful and shiny hair, if you also read on below tips:

1. Never, ever just rip a knot out of your hair. Doing this is sure to result in breakage and splitting. Remove as much hair from the knot as possible and then simply snip the tiny tangle that remains.

2. If your hair is shoulder length or longer, try to keep heat away from it whenever possible. Save dryers, hot rollers, curling irons and especially flat irons for special occasions only, and even then use appliances that are specifically made to keep damage at a minimum.

3. Be especially gentle with your hair when it is wet, and always use a wide-toothed comb on wet tresses, never, ever a brush. Wet hair is exceedingly delicate, it has no elasticity and will snap and break extremely easily if it is stretched or suffers undue tension

4. Avoid hairstyles that will pull and put stress on your hair and scalp such as a tightly-pulled ponytail, tiny braids or hair extensions. This is especially important for long-haired men who tend to wear a ponytail every day. If you pull your locks too tightly, especially if you put tension on the same roots day after day, you can actually cause hair loss!

5. Avoid putting hair toys in your hair that will cause damage to remove , or anything that has sharp edges that could potentially tear or damage the cuticle.
